The Indian philosopher #Krishnamurti remarked that "the highest form of intelligence is the ability to observe without evaluating.“ Can we stay centered, balanced and observe - what’s going on around us - how the external stuff is affecting us and our loved ones - and find ways to respond mindfully … without adding our drama, our fear to it. That’s what the yogic practices teach us, not to turn away from the world, but to stay present with what is and act self-responsibly and courageously, yet without getting emotionally entangled in the drama of it all. You can go and buy some extra groceries or wash your hands more often and carefully these day while thinking „Hopefully I am not gonna get infected and sick“ „This is all ridiculous and just a big panic without sense“ No matter to which extreme you tend to go, ask yourself what is going on inside of you. Then take care of your inner environment first. Breathe and release. Being calm doesn’t mean we don’t care, but that we have done the inner work and do what is necessary, but without being attached to the result. We are just kind, we are just calm. We Just take care of what needs to be done. We just keep breathing no matter what. It helps no-one to panic… so let’s not! Instead let’s - Take 5 minutes to breathe calmly… - Take 5 minutes to strengthen our body with some body-weight exercises (you can join our Gaia live classes on Facebook - Take time to cook more with lot’s of love and natural food as ingredients - Take 12 hours each day to fast and give our digestive system some rest (this is overnight - so you actually sleep most of this time) - Take 5 minutes each day to offer and feel gratitude and forgiveness for all the beauty in life - Find a routine that allows for screen-free time, time in nature, and enough time for good sleep. ——— Our first pranayama workshop, originally planned for 28.3. will now take place as a live online workshop. In order not to spend one entire day online and to make the content better digestible and lasting, the online workshop (total of 6 hours) will take place Saturaday 28.3., Sunday 29.3., Saturday 4.4.: each day from 8 am to 10 am keeppracticing, gaiaonline, nofearjustlove, keeppracticing, fbgaialive, yoganidra, yogazagreb, pranayama, gaiayogazagreb, krishnamurti, breathwork,
