The practice of yoga involves movement, breath, rhythm – all of which can evoke and challenge long-held patterns of muscular tension, intense inner stories, and feelings. This can be overwhelming or confusing for both the practitioner and those assisting.
Join us for a time to explore the meaning of creating and holding space in yoga practice, for students as well as for yoga teachers.
The practice of yoga involves movement, breath, rhythm – all of which can evoke and challenge long-held patterns of muscular tension, intense inner stories, and feelings. This can be overwhelming or confusing for both the practitioner and those assisting. Daily yoga practice is also a powerful facilitator of healing. Besides, it is not psychotherapy. Yet, our presence, how we assist and hold space matters.
In our time together we will explore ways in which we can stay connected to ourselves and to practitioners we are assisting, support them in finding their own path within the yoga fundamentals, create space for change and healing, and facilitate successful self-regulation. Finally, we will also focus on our part in the above relationships, and ways to feel supported and solid in our role of assisting and teaching.

Za sve one koji su prisustvovali na prošloj radionici sa Sandrom - ovo će biti integracija i nastavak na započeti rad.
