For the fifth time we are honoured to host in our shala this charismatic, entire-life-dedicated yogi who has been traditionally trained in monasteries since his youth. His deep knowledge of yoga and his passionate way of teaching make each of his workshops an amazing and unforgettable experience!
"When you move from the centre you create beauty and harmony. Sacred geometry is a way to express that love, to release that beauty and express it in every situation, in your yoga practice, in what you see, in what you feel, then that beauty can be shared and harmony is at hand." J.C.
Vinyasa Krama, also known as "moving by numbers" is the tradition of practising asana in a fluid sequence, harmoniously connected by breathing. Krama means "one step" or "by steps". It also means to learn the postures one by one, following the correct order. Vinyasa krama, within the practice of yogasana, was the pillar of the teachings of asana of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. There is no space for improvisation - only from means of complete knowledge and a careful selection of asanas, masters and therapists may design programs in the appropriate way for students with diverse needs.
THIS INTENSIVE WORKSHOP IS RECOMMENDED TO ALL YOGA TEACHERS OF DYNAMIC YOGA STYLES, AND YOGA PRACTITIONERS WHO WANT TO REACH A DEEPER LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE VINYASA SYSTEM.

As the word Asana also means "To stay", some Yoga schools propose that all the postures must be executed by staying in them during long periods of time. Other schools propose that the postures can only be executed within a specific number of movements in an exact sequence which cannot be varied; both extreme points of view do not know the opposite point of view, in truth, it is not a question of this or the other extreme in Hatha Yoga, but both.
We seek personal integration and evolution on the basis of what is more suitable for each one.
MODULE V: VINI YOGA - THE PERSONALIZED PATH (2 hrs TT500)

Vinyasa Krama was also a name used by profesor T. Krishnamacharya to transmit different approaches, although complementary: Vinyasa Chikitsa, a therapeutic method of movement, consists in adapting to the individual.
Vinyasa Shakti, method of choreography and counted numbers, as adaptation of the individual to the practice.
A balance between stability in motion and the dynamic practice to focalize the mind should be the goal of our study in the experience Yoga Asanas.
NINE POSSIBLE GROUPS OF ASANA
