Go Deeper – Energy & Mindfulness Toolbox for Yogis

with Sandra Pribanić

This workshop is created as a support to all yoga practitioners and teachers.
The human body opens so many worlds:  physical, emotional, cognitive, energetic, spiritual; personal and transpersonal. If the body doesn’t activate completely, the soul has a difficult time “working through” all of the thoughts, emotions and beliefs stored within.

What really happens when we set in motion our whole being?

Learn what mindfulness, grounding, emotional flow and emotional “structure” have to do with the strength, flexibility, healing and integration through (Ashtanga) daily practice. Get curious about your bodies (physical, emotional, mental, energy, spiritual…) as faithful witnesses, and understand the underlying patterns reflected in your body, as well in your students' if you are a yoga teacher. Know how to hold the space of your class, for each student and yourself during challenges and difficulties on the yoga path.

Sandra leads this workshop as an intimate circle, combining explorations of depth psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, curiosity, meditation, personal, partner and group work, journaling and creative processes.
