Grounding the Archetype: exploring the roots of female creativity and sexuality

with Sandra Pribanić

"I want to know, if you know, how to melt into that fierce heat of living,
falling toward the center of your longing.” - David Whyte

This workshop is created as a support to all yoginis and women on their path of growth. A day of exploration of the roots of female creativity and sexuality, and the images and stories surrounding them - those that freeze as well as those that liberate our internal life.

We will co-create a safe space to explore:

  • Connection to your sensuality
  • Ways in which our sexuality gets formed and rooted in our emotional, cognitive, physical, energy bodies
  • Explore the difference between "what is and what we long for"
  • Explore your "red energy" that contains sensuality and sexuality, but also our creativity, assertiveness, passion for life, clear boundaries, and a potent force that shapes our inner life
  • Ways in which this energy "splits off" and gets hidden in our shadow / "not me" parts, and ways to bring it back home

Get curious about your bodies (physical, emotional, mental, energy, spiritual…) as faithful witnesses, and understand the underlying patterns reflected in your body in this safe women's circle. The strong yet delicate guide of experienced psycotherapist and a long-term yogini will make this journey extremely insightful!

Sandra leads this workshop as an intimate circle, combining explorations of depth psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, curiosity, meditation, personal, partner and group work, journaling and creative processes.
