 Our new season of Mysore Morning practice is starting in September, and we look forward to welcoming you join the tribe of dedicated practitioners.
 
Practicing in Mysore Classes is one of the fastest ways:
  • to build your own (spiritual) practice or Sadhana
  • to learn, make progress, and build confidence in yoga on your own pace
  • to gain trust in yourself and your body
  • to expand your abilities of self regulation, resiliance, focus and inner peace
  • to heal physically, mentally, and emotionally
  • to become stronger and increase your range of movement, and learn to move pain-free and with better efficiency
  • to find balance and translate all these aspects into your daily life
Yet, you might have avoided Mysore classes as you found them a bit intimidating...
Or not ready to practice 'on your own' as you don't know the sequence,
or you simply told yourself you need more knowledge first and ask some questions,
or you first want to learn more about Ashtanga before joining these classes...
 
That's exactly why we are offering this workshop!
Tom, our experienced Ashtanga Mysore Teacher, will explain all the basics, give you all the information you need, answer all your questions and guide you through the beginning of the practice in a way that you will feel ready, confident and excited to start your Mysore adventure, and build your own powerful practice in our Mysore group.

This workshop is not a prerequisite to partecipate in Mysore classes, but it's highly recommended to all newcomers.
