Breathing is the foundation for every process in the body and for transformation on all levels. The way we breathe deeply affects our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual experiences. And through improving our breathing habits, we can learn to create a stable yet fluid spine, a stable core, and optimize our metabolism, hormones, strength, mobility, endurance, and condition.
The field of breathing has been growing steadily over the past years in its relevance across the fields of yoga, meditation, coaching, business, fitness, and health. Yet, it is still in the early stages with a constantly increasing demand for skilled teachers and coaches who know how to apply optimal principles of breathing to individually support people from all walks of life.
To work as a breathing and pranayama instructor, a deep and wide understanding of the field of breathing is required, based on personal practice and knowledge.
In the MasterYourBreath Academy you will develop this understanding through:
your own practical experience of practicing the principles, protocols, and techniques of breathwork
learning and applying the skills to assess other’s breathing patterns and to instruct them to improve them,
and acquiring knowledge in the study of pranayama, modern approaches to breathwork, anatomy & physiology of breathing, related Western research, and breathing therapy.
The MasterYourBreath Academy includes 80 hours of contact hours and you learn everything you need to work as a Pranayama and Breathwork instructor or to include it in your existing practice as a yoga teacher, health or fitness coach, or as another tool to upgrade your offerings.
We believe in breathing as a tool for transformation and healing, and want to ignite the highest level of confidence and excitement to share the MasterYourBreath principles, techniques, and protocols. Therefore, you will also learn tools and techniques to create and promote your offerings so you are encouraged to share your learnings from this course with the world.

Our approach to this course is very practical. We believe that adapting skills happens best through consistent building up of knowledge and its practical application. Therefore we will have regular weekly sessions, as well as deep-dive sessions with group work. There is always a possibility to ask questions and get personalized guidance within the group sessions.
From October 2023 to January 2024 (approximately 4 months):
During this first module of the MasterYourBreath Course, you apply the principles to yourself, improve your breathing patterns in daily life and develop a steady breathwork/pranayama practice. You can repeat this part of the course within a year or as often as they are offered. It includes guided breathing sessions and Q&A twice a week plus special workshops.
Through this Module of the Master Your Breath Program you improve and learn about your own breathing. This will root all the knowledge and skills covered in this training in your own experience.
