We want to share with you some of our favourite recipes, so here it comes:

  • 1 cup of integral spelt flour (or any other of your choice)
  • 1 cup of oat flakes
  • 1 spoon of peanut / cashew / almond butter (optional)
  • 1 spoon of raw cacao nibs or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 spoon of honey (for no-vegan version) / raw cane sugar / xylitol (sugar from the birch bark)
  • 1/2 spoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • a pinch of vanilla (optional)

Preheat the owen to 170·C.
If the coconut oil is solid, warm it up to its liquid state. Put all together, stir with hands (it is a great nurturing beauty mask for your hands ).

Form the cookies (this will give you 12 big ones or 18 small ones, depends on the size you make). Place them on the baking paper and bake for 7-8 minutes (check them often!) then turn each one and bake for another 5 minutes.
They don't need to be crispy and dry immediately - they will get to that once cooled down.

When cold, store in a cookie jar and enjoy!
