Surrounded by Sardinia's powerful landscapes, crystalline waters, ancient Nuragic temples, sacred wells and timeless beauty, we are invited to remember our place within the greater web of life. Each day becomes an opportunity to embody presence, awaken gratitude, and receive the ancient codes and teachings from our ancestors.
SEPTEMBER 18-25, 2027
This journey is designed for those seeking more than a simple yoga retreat. Guided by Sandra Luz, and supported by Tom Richter and the local guide Antonello Batzu, we invite you to experience renewal, inspiration, and authentic connection through daily yoga, meditation and breathwork practices, and immersive experiences in nature inspired by both yogic teachings and ancestral Earth wisdom. Together, we will create space for healing, reflection, and deep direct connection through ceremonies, offerings to the land, and moments of meditative silence in nature.
In our full week together we will connect to the ancient traditions of Yoga and Andean shamanism, and of mystical heritage of the sacred land of Sardinia. It is the place of remarkable beauty and ancient mystery. Home to sacred wells and healing waters, Nuragic temples, and some of the oldest megalithic sites in Europe, the island carries a profound sense of stillness and enduring wisdom, and the land vibrates of potent, magical energy. We will explore these extraordinary places out of usual tourist routes not simply as visitors, but as respectful witnesses—allowing the land itself to become part of our practice, receiving the ancient codes and teachings from the ancestors, remembering and rediscovering deep connection and knowledge that vibrates within us.
Whether you come to deepen your yoga practice, reconnect with nature, or simply create space to rest and reflect, you will be supported in a nurturing environment where movement, silence, and shared experience become pathways back to your true nature. Come as you are, and leave feeling renewed, transformed, and deeply connected—to yourself, to the Earth, and to the quiet wisdom that has always been within you.

"I've been taking part of women's yoga retreats with Sandra D. Bianco for the past 2 years.
The place itself is pure magic. Sandra is a person who influenced my life profoundly with her teachings about women's true nature and spirit. I love her and am forever grateful. The cook delivered delicious healthy colorful food everyday and took care of us." - Ana Š. (Croatia)"Life changing experience, finished the retreat a week ago and still haven’t stopped thinking about it. Absolutely perfect from start to finish - from the location, food, people, daily schedule... Will be returning ASAP!" - Tori (Ireland)
"Sandra's Summer Retreat - if you were looking for a sign if this retreat is for you, this is it.
The magic of the support from other women all over the world, all women so different, but at the same time so alike, the same love, the same kindness, the same problems, the same difficulties, the same women in their bodies, giving each other support. Sharing, practicing yoga, laughing, crying, eating and enjoying wine, being here for each other every step of the way...
We returned home with our hearts full, and our souls forever connected even though we are physically apart. An amazing cook, whose meals were out of this world, and every bite tasted like a piece of heaven. Incredible practices with Sandra, a teacher who not only supports you in your asanas, but also with the magic of daily practice, small tasks that will help you to connect more with yourself and nature.... Have the courage to take this time for yourself and just be. Be with all the other women and be free. Enjoy exploring who you are, ignite that passion, feel that breeze, walk bearfoot, swim naked. BE YOU!" - Petra Đ. (Croatia)"I had an amazing time on the retreat! Wonderful practice in a magnificent place..." - Klaudia J. (Germany)

Sandra Luz (Đidara Bianco) is a mesa carrier of the Q’anchis Ylla tradition — the 7 Rays of the Rainbow lineage — and a lifelong student of the sacred Andean ways. She is a certified Shamanic Medicine Practitioner through Alberto Villoldo’s Four Winds Society and an initiate of the Munay Ki Rites, passed to her by Marcela Lobos.
Her spiritual path began at just 15 years old, sparked by a deep inner calling. What started with books soon blossomed into a journey through yoga, Buddhist meditation, and shamanic practices. In 1995, she met her spiritual Teacher — a life-changing encounter that awakened a profound sense of purpose and transformed her way of seeing the world. That moment became the foundation of everything she lives and teaches today.
For the past 20 years, Sandra has immersed herself in the teachings of yoga, meditation, and energy work, sharing her knowledge as a teacher since 2005. Her passion for discovering who she is has taken her across continents, studying with many master teachers and sacred lineages. In 2006, she founded GaiaYoga, Croatia’s first Yoga Teacher Training School, planting seeds of conscious awakening in her homeland. Through GaiaYoga, Sandra continues to guide aspiring teachers, while also offering regular yoga classes, transformative workshops, energy trainings, and soul-nourishing retreats.
Sandra’s work is rooted in deep service — she creates and holds sacred space through women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, and Andean rituals, walking beside her students as they remember their own inner wisdom and step into healing, power, and purpose.

(CHANGES ARE POSSIBLE ACCORDING TO THE GROUP DYNAMICS):
DAY 1: 18/9 Arrival & Opening Circle
We begin by rooting ourselves through a grounding yoga practice inspired by the element of Earth, awakening stability, presence, and our connection to the living Earth. We start honouring the universal wisdom of Ayni—living in reciprocity with all life—we remember that the Earth is not beneath us, but within us.
Following our morning practice, we visit the millennial sacred site and gather in ceremony around it to offer gratitude to Mother Earth, before exploring the beautiful valleys and ancient landscapes surrounding our retreat. As we walk among olive groves, granite mountains, and fragrant Mediterranean herbs, we activate the element of Allpa, and begin to feel the timeless presence of Sardinia's ancient ancestors, whose deep relationship with Nature continues to echo through this remarkable island.
DAY 3: 20/9 Sacred Air
Air reminds us that every breath is a bridge between body, mind, spirit, and the living world. Today's practices focus on pranayama, heart-opening yoga practice and meditation, before we set out to visit a special natural cave where we will activate the element of Wayra within us.DAY 4: 21/9 Sacred Water
Water teaches us trust, softness, and the wisdom of surrender. Through yoga, breathwork, and meditation, we cultivate emotional flow and inner clarity before journeying to extraordinary Pozzo Sacro di Santa Cristina, one of Europe's most mysterious sacred wells. Built over 3,000 years ago with astonishing precision, this ancient sanctuary is believed to have been dedicated to water rituals and the Divine Feminine. Within its perfectly aligned stone architecture, we take time for meditation and quiet reflection, honouring the sacred feminine as the source of intuition, creativity, and life's eternal cycles. The Sacred Well of Santa Cristina is one of the most stunning engineering feats of the Bronze Age. It serves as an incredibly precise stone calendar: between September 21st and 23rd, the sun aligns perfectly with the opening of the stairwell, and around noon a beam of sunlight shoots straight down the steps, striking the water surface at the bottom.
Later, we visit the one of Sardinia's breathtaking turquoise beaches, where crystalline waters invite us into stillness, joy, and renewal. The evening is filled with the flavours of authentic Sardinian cuisine, celebrating locally grown ingredients and the island's deep culture of nourishment.
DAY 5: 22/9 Equinox - Sacred Fire
As the morning sun rises over the Mediterranean, we awaken our inner fire through activating pranayamas and energising yoga practice dedicated to courage, vitality, and transformation.
Our journey continues through Sardinia's extraordinary Nuragic heritage, where we explore ancient temples and archaeological sites that have stood for thousands of years. Walking among these sacred stones, we connect with the enduring wisdom of the island's ancestors and contemplate the cycles of life, death, and renewal that have shaped this land. As sunset paints the sky, we gather for a fire ceremony, activating the element of Nina within us, and releasing what no longer serves us, making space for new intentions to emerge.
DAY 6: 23/9 Beach & Leisure day
Today is devoted to pure enjoyment! We will explore Sardinia's spectacular archipelago with the boat, where dramatic granitic cliffs meet some of the clearest turquoise waters in the Mediterranean. Along the way, we pause to reflect on Sardinia's remarkable Blue Zone heritage—one of the few places on Earth where people consistently enjoy exceptionally long, healthy lives. Here, longevity is not a mystery but a way of living: daily movement, nourishing food, close community, purpose, and a deep connection to the land. As evening falls, we gather around a shared table to savour the richness of Sardinian hospitality—fresh seasonal produce, artisan cheeses, handmade pasta, local olive oil, and recipes lovingly passed through generations. Like yoga itself, a meal becomes a celebration of presence, community, and gratitude —a final opportunity to gather, laugh, and honour the friendships formed along the way.
DAY 8: 25/9 CLOSING THE CIRCLE
After breakfast we leave Sardinia carrying more than beautiful memories. We return home with a renewed sense of vitality, inspired by the island's ancient traditions, the nurturing spirit of the sacred feminine, the simplicity of Blue Zone living, the abundance of its remarkable cuisine, and the timeless invitation to live in harmony with ourselves, with Nature, and with one another. Or maybe we stay on our own for another week in Paradise!
Our food is prepared only with fresh and seasonal ingredients from local farmers because we love to support the local economy.
